ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old

Step 4: Restart BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Service. Type each command one by one and press Enter.

net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

Step 5: Type Exit and press Enter for closing the command prompt. Now Update Windows 10 and after that install HP Printer Driver, you will not get error 0x8024200B.

Method 3: Delete Unknown Printer

Most of the time these methods work well.
Step 1: Click on Start button and search for Device Manager.
