Give Administrative Permission to any file in Windows 10/8/7 and Windows Server

Most of the time, you are required to give administrative permission to the file in Windows 10/8/7/Windows Server and another Windows Operating System. Here, in this article, I will tell you how to give admin privilege to any file.

Step 1: Right-click on your File and go to Properties.

Step 2: Click on Security Tab in Properties Windows and then click on Edit button.

Step 4: Click on Advanced button.

Step 5: Click on Find Now button and it will show a list of all the users. Here, select Administrator or find your login user name and then click OK.

Step 6: Now, again click on the OK button.

Select User

Step 7: Now select your name and give full control to it and click on Apply and OK button.


By going through these steps, you will be able to provide the administrative privilege to any file.
