Method 2: Create another User Account.

1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
2. Write following command and press Enter.
dism.exe /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions

3. Now, reboot your PC in Safe Mode and run following command in command prompt.
Sfc /scannow

Method 4: Delete associated Registry Key.

Step 1: Open Run command by pressing Windows Key + R. Type regedit.exe and press Enter. It will open Registry Editor.
Step 2: Navigate to following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
Step 3: Search MiniNT folder under Control and right click on it and then select Permission.
Step 4: Select your username and check the Full Control check box.
Step 5: Right click on the MiniNT key and delete it.
Step 6: Reboot your PC.

Method 5: Update BIOS

Updating BIOS might be tricky solution and suitable for those who has deep knowledge of OS Structure. Open BIOS and find accurate version of your BIOS. Then go to their official site and download latest version of BIOS. Also read their installation manual before updating BIOS.
